This residential building is in a quiet area to the south of Florissant – Champel. It was built on the former site of some houses that had fallen into disrepair. The surrounding greenery makes for pleasant walks along the Arve. The building rises above the ground-floor garage. The architect originally planned to put the entrance on the first floor, but Pilet & Renaud’s teams recommended moving it to the garage level to make residents’ lives easier. This also meant there was room for another apartment! This tranquil spot offers convenient links to the rest of the city and there is a good range of shops and restaurants nearby.
